This is the same bunch that indicted and convicted Tom Delay, although it was later overturned, pure political BS use of Grand Jury. This will most likely play put the same way but it will be a drawn out process. I would put money on a change of venue fight first to get the trial out of Travis County which is a hotbed of progressiveness.
