Thoughts on Winchester 275 22 mag

Have a chance to pick this up but never heard of it.

My brother has one, it shoots straight but the trigger pull is about 15 pounds. He bought it super cheap because they thought it was broken. There was actually nothing wrong with it, the trigger is just that stiff.
