    Went to the dentist, part of a filling chipped off. Probably 50 year old filling, said tooth isn't fixable will need a bridge. No pain yet so it's on the back burner. $1200 co-pay.

    Add me to the list of bad dentist experiences when I was a kid. I still go 2x/year for cleanings, knowing that the small investments will help avoid bigger issues down the road.

    Still... when they check my BP before every cleaning, they look at me like maybe they should call me an ambulance :o :laughing:. They've offered to give me the gas, but I settle for some of that numbing gel before they get started. That's usually enough to get me through.
