The woman, who was not publicly identified, surrendered at a Los Angeles Police Department station on Friday night, about 24 hours after the pepper-spray incident, and was released on her own recognizance, police said.

She was not immediately charged or booked.

That should be assault and battery or even attempted manslaughter many people have died from asthma attacks or gone to the ER with a horrific reaction to pepper spray. It is California though...

In Texas she wouldn't have been so lucky someone would have snapped and shot at her

You can get charged with attempted manslaughter for excess speeding I think this is far worse pepper spraying a group of 20 people
