Dale died because he was stupid. He went out to check on a down animal without a light or backup. I bet his gun was not even loaded.
Carl is a stupid kid and his mistakes are putting people in danger. He may not be able to adapt from pre-apocalypse "little league" to the majors.
he is also being treated like a child. Thats not helping him grow into a man.

I keep asking myself, where are Carl's parents? I mean really, in a zombie apocalypse I'm not gonna let my kids run around wherever they want. "Ok, go play in the woods. Try not to get eaten by a zombie. Be back for dinner." Seriously?

His mom should be watching him. It's not like he's out playing baseball with his friends down the street. There's ZOMBIES who will EAT YOU walking around everywhere, not to mention roving bands of gangs, and you don't know where your kid is? They've only got one kid to watch out for.

Also, he needs to get his butt beat. There's no time for this new age, soft style teaching in a zombie apocalypse. Bad parenting.

I was thinking the same thing and then wham, down goes Dale. Too bad the zombie missed out on Carl first. I was rooting for him (the zombie that is).
Now we just need to get rid of Andrea and Rick's wife.

Next week, I wonder if Shane lets Randall go and then beats himself up so they have a reason to go after him and kill him.
