I think the disconnect is that most folks are wanting the FBI to actually do their job without fear and then actually indict the bitch for crimes allegedly having been committed. It's just that most folks aren't attorneys like you and me and they don't always 'splain themselves regarding all the steps that need to be taken. I am as big a supporter of the Constitution and its amendments as anyone you'll find . . . but most normal folks just don't have the inclination to be as punctilious as members of the bar when it comes to these things. But yeah, the proprieties must be observed.
