Got her from a fellow forumite the other day. Put about 150 rounds through her today without a hiccup! Nothing fancy, but one of these days I’m gonna say the hell with it, and drop 3 or 4 g’s on my dream 1911. Until then I’m gonna enjoy shooting the ones I got!

P.S. : I just wanted to add that I had another great experience dealing with a forum member. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with other members I have met. In fact about a month after I joined, I had a member go out of his way to meet me at a range, and help me with my pistol shooting. And that was only the 1st of 9 or 10 great experiences I have had in dealing with others on here.

Built an AR for the first time today. I started with a complete upper and a stripped lower. It's all PSA stuff. Took about an hour, and I worked slowly & methodically. The 3D printed tools worked out great. I didn't use or need the lower vise block. Gun seems super solid so far. Next project is a Bravo Company build, I think. These Adult Danger Legos are super fun.

Remember when you saw a gun on a table at a gun show and thought......

If I don't find something else, I'll buy that on the way out? And of course it was gone when you returned?

Tell your friends, if they see what they are looking for in a gun shop, buy it.......don't wait to think about it...it will be gone by the next day......

Daily...... folks are coming in to buy something they saw yesterday or just a couple of days ago or last week, and it's gone.....and no time table on replacing it.................

    just FYI........
