Bought some Lee dies (45acp, 9mm, 45 colt), Lee ram prime and shell holder set. Lee breech lock hand press kit. Galco combat master 1911 holster. I found some free brass and loading supplies and loading manuals and thought I would try my hand on some.

^^ that hand press is great for prepping brass chilling in front of the tv
Until you get on a roll and forget to dump the old primers before a case gets stuck in the shell holder, then you accidentally dump them all over trying to get it out! ;)

How many does it hold approx.? Just found 3 manuals on ebay for a good price Speer, Hornady and Lee. Should be set there. Probably step up to a LEE PRECISION Classic Turret Press if I get really interested.

I bought 2k foam ear plugs a while back for use in my 45 Colt instead of wax bullets. They work well for practice and not nearly as messy, and reusable a few times. Not to mention always handy for range time.

Not entirely sure, as usually not counting at that point...

My solution was just to pace a reminder for myself about every 5 minutes or so to empty them out. Not really a big deal either way, but only made that mistake once; if it fills up and sticks now, I make sure to unjam/empty while over/in a trash bucket so they don't go flying everywhere...

Its a great little press, but at this point am using it pretty much exclusively for initial (pre wet-tumble) depriming with a Lee universal decapping die to avoid mucking up the dillon...

ETA: between 2 pin replacements (3 pins total), many (many) thousands of spent primers have met their fate on mine...Great tool IMHO.

100 more rounds of 9mm. And a hat from my LGS, except he didn’t charge me for it, told me to wear it and advertise for them in exchange for the freebie

I went by at lunch to try my Ruger Revolver but it was crowded inside the range despite the drizzly weather.

Was looking thru the cases and behold, a Smith and Wesson Model 645.

I looked it over and was very good condition. Bad thing it only came with 1 mag.

I could not turn down the great price and brought it.

These were made in the mid 1980s till about 88 if I remember.

It is heavy as it is made totally of stainless steel and only plastic part is the grips.
