+1 for the 9mm. You can find more 9mm that are slimmer and easier to carry all day and it is an effective round with higher capacity magazines than most others. You can def get more "knockdown power" but in defense situations, the more rounds that you can fire without changing a clip (ie: multiple attackers or missed shots) the better. Those of us who don't utilize and may never utilize our weapons in a stress defensive situations need the most edge we can get.

I voted .380 even tho I have no love for the round. It's just very convenient to always have a P3AT with me. 9mm is my favorite caliber.

What will they come up with next? Perhaps the 9x20... I mean hell they've
already got the 9x17 and 9x18 and 9x19... Why not create a new one...

btw, I'm a pretty big fan of the 357sig. Decent power for the size of cartridge.

Don't forget the 9mm largo (9x23). My buddy was given one from his future father in law, and I'm looking forward to shooting it.

I voted 380 auto also. I carry my P3AT most of the time, with my 9mm luger as a strong second.

Good to know... I like the 357 sig... I have a spare barrel for my XD in 357 and I love the feel of it... I think if I enjoy the 26 when I actually get it I might transfer over to the 357 sig subcompact and get it done that way...

Not the world's best photograph, BUT, if I'm awake, I'm carrying one of these.

I voted for .40, as I have a new XDm in .40 that I've had re-worked quite a bit, and have some new holsters for. HOWEVER, my Para P12 that I just got back from Customized Creationz is probably my favorite overall. Oh wait, my NAA .22 Mag is always in my back pocket as well. So, I carry a .22/.40/.45. Average = .39. Yea, I carry a .39!!!!

Well, wheel gunners are still far and few which is a bit surprising.......I did not think they would be this far in the hole considering all the good variety out there............

Exactly, with the variety of airweight Saturday night specials I thought the 38 would be making a grandstand...
