The wifey bought some Bud Light with Lime. I typically don't partake in putting limes in beer. But this is a great summer beer.

The Shiner Wild Hare Ale is decent beer. Lots of hops in it, but not as bitter as many hop intensive beers.

My choices are Sam Addams Boston logger, Summer ale?

    Lager.

Buy yourself a Shiner "Family Pack" and try the Bock, Hefeweizen, Black Lager, Blonde, (What's the other two?), drink all six and it won't matter. Or try the ALAMO Golden Ale YUM!.

Just out of curiosity is Boston Logger a new beer from The Boston Beer Company? I am familiar with Boston Lager. :)

Seeing as it is too late to vote for dinner last night I will suggest something for what ever you are having tonight and a fine alternative to Sam Adams Summer Ale...Deschutes Twilight Summer Ale...or anything from them actually.

Apart from Guinness and Wild Hare, nothing any of you suggested above is worth the calories...and yes, I am a beer snob! :)

...and I brew my own as well...if you can find me you can come have a pint!
