What knife did YOU carry today?????

The first time I saw one of those, I thought it looked like some kind of gimmick. The first time I saw video of one being used, I was astonished at how well it seemed to speed along the process.

Got my first back in the late 70s. A guy was demonstrating it at the processers we used back then. Not a gimmick for sure. I can drop the paunch and attached enthralls in under 5 minutes. Never nick the gut or any other organs. The walkin cooler smells good, no gut juice.

It’s a Pelican 1450 case with a Nalpac knife foam insert. I also use the type (Amazon) in below photo for smaller special groups.

I carry it as a horizontal mount. My belly hides it pretty well, but still very easy to access with the single button lock feature.
