Today just a couple of leftover weiners and jalapenos sliced up and mixed into a pot of chili.

Roast leg of lamb, a baked sweet potato (with butter added), steamed asparagus, raw red radishes and something to wash it all down with the demon rum in the mix. Skye, my mongrel, also enjoyed several pieces of the lamb but did not get any of the rum.

Tonight we grilled some salmon and Steelhead trout along with home-made mac cheese and asparagus.

Wife is making some baked beans and potato salad a well.

Ribs are on the knock-off Traeger smoker. Should be ready in about 30 minutes.

Made carne guisada, with rice, beans, chips, guacomole, and salsa.for lunch today. Tonight was spicy sausage, eggs over easy, fried taters and onions and rye toast.

Pan seared strips, bad salad, bakers with butter. Canned fruit cocktail.

T-bones.
Okra, squash and taters fried.
Mac and cheese.
Rolls.
Salad.
Finished off with peach pie.

All prepared and cooked at home.

Chicken fried steak, mashed taters, cole slaw and coffee.

The wife made queso also.
