Breakfast. Eggs, bacon, waffles. I typically don't like breakfast for dinner but it worked tonight.

Steak at Prairie House in Cross Roads for a late lunch, then a nap. I'll probably get tacos tonight as I'll be on the road on Tuesday all day.

I generally avoid Tacos the night before a Road trip

Wife just told me we're having a garden salad this evening with a slice of garlic toast.

Pimento cheese on ritz crackers with honey ham and beef bologna and a Fanta orange soda!

Pasta in alfredo sauce with the last of the Iberian pork loin and a big salad. Changed my mind and had a grilled turkey and swiss sandwich.

I finally cut up the bacon I smoked a few days ago, so I'm going to have a bacon, lettuce, and cheese sandwich with tomatoes on the side.
