Went to Carrabba's for the first and probably last time. It wasn't very good. Olive Garden is better and cheaper. Maggiano's beats both of them. Restaurant was also posted for no OC or CCW.

I've been to Carrabba's twice and wasn't favorably impressed.

The original Johnny Carabba's on Kirby was great.

Carrabba used to have a cooking show about 20 years ago, we lived in the Galleria at the time. We were grocery shopping and saw Johnny and his mom shopping in the fresh produce section. He was very friendly.

I made another pound cake...

I can't eat it before it goes bad, so once it cools, I will slice it, freeze it overnight, then vacuum seal it in individual servings, and deep freeze it until needed/wanted...
