MTs Pronstar is due in a week, had a hankering for Surf & Turf & Surf

So i picked up some sea bugs and ribeyes at Costco.

Cooked it all sous vide. 137 degrees, 4 hours for the steaks, one hour for the bugs. Finished the steak with anything bagel rub, then charred it and and the tails on the grille.

What I call a "hobo dinner", spam, taters and beans!
When I was a kid and went to the recreational club my dad would make hobo potatoes. In heavy foil he laid down sliced onions then a layer of sliced potatoes topped with more sliced onions, butter & Parmesan cheese. That went on the engine manifold. Them spuds. Beans heated in the can & hot dogs & burgers on the grill.
