Whatever I make. My wife teaches yoga almost every night. Made a shrimp, feta, tomatoes, rice, cilantro thing last night - which didn't suck. Tonight it's a baked potato & filet. I probably cook 3x what she does, but she did her time with the kids. I'm happy to do it. I'm a decent cook.
Leftovers at my son's place. Maybe some ribeye steak, smoked chicken thighs and some smoked pork ribs, potato salad, corn on the cob (if any is left) and who knows what else he can find in the depths of his fridge.
Spaghetti, homemade red gravy (sauce) homemade meatballs, homemade braciole (made with flank steak) Italian sausage of mild & hot varieties and all of the Pecorino Romano (a sharp sheep's milk cheese) one could want to add to it (Parmesan cheese is in my opinion mostly for those who do not know about or cannot find Pecorino Romano, if you ever get the chance use the Locatelli brand - it is wonderful on the taste buds). My son is a darned good cook and as far as I am concerned you could not get what he cooked today even half as good in at least 75% of the Italian restaurants in Little Italy in NYC - and I have eaten at a good number of them.
