Some sweet custom iron and lots of blowers…pretty cool car show.
Waist high is just the right size for a car.Agreed. I really wanted one. Then I stood next to one and realized I couldn't fit even if I were half my weight and 3 inches shorter.
I have a hard time getting in and out of a Camaro.Waist high is just the right size for a car.

Yep! Not when I was young but a reality as I'm older. The X1/9 and my 2nd gen Miata were worse though those vehicles required a driver to be 5'10" or less and have a "normal" BMI.I have a hard time getting in and out of a Camaro.
Comments like this always amuse me. I'm 6'3" and on the high side of overweight; have been obese in the past. The x1/9 isn't even the smallest car I've driven. An original 500 is probably the smallest closely followed by a Honda Beat. Despite being smaller, the 500 has more room as old cars just have less bulk to them.those vehicles required a driver to be 5'10" or less and have a "normal" BMI
10 years ago I decided to buy a new Miata. I went to the dealership, sat in the driver's seat, and looked over everything. Looked great.Comments like this always amuse me.
Oh cool, you're wearing a little red car as an overcoat! Here at 1:10 you can see me very briefly sitting in a 500. Doesn't look ridiculous at all.

My first thought was 'high maintenance'
Been there, done that, got the scars! But just think of how much fun and noise you could make.
