    Out here by the lake!
Put out a sign or post it on your local sales site. Somebody will come shovel it up and haul it off for you. Put a price on it to make it sound like a good deal.
Coming back from Waco I drove past a self storage place that had some cheap half busted corn board shelves laying on the ground with a decent size sheet of plywood with FREE in oed paint on it. I really thought that sheet of plywood might come in handy to have.

The solution is called a compost pile, put it in the back corner of their yard. Come back to collect the earthworms for fishing and the composted soil for your garden. All this fuss over a trashcan full of dirt and grass is kind of ridiculous.

If you still feel compelled to bring it to a dump and cannot find info online, you may want to try that ancient invention known as the telephone and just call who runs the dump for info.
