Why Texans Don't Go to In-N-Out Burger

In N Out makes a decent fast food burger. I like how customizable they are. With all the comments on woke companies I've seen on this forum you'd think people would want to spend money at a place that is more in line with their values. Some of ya'll fixate on California before doing any kind of due diligence.

FYI, Whataburger is majority owned by BDT Capital, Chicago, IL

But in n out still don't taste good.
I don't care about corporate home towns.
I like good tasting food.

Certain locations is why sonic makes me want to puke. With sonic certain locations is most locations.

Metroplex is alright for braums. It’s definitely better than whataburger now. When whataburger changed ownership the taste took a hit and they charged more.

For the most part I just go to braums or whataburger. Nothing else is really good. A few smaller chains in the dfw area that are great.

From Meers Restaurant in Meers, OK. Start with a pound of bacon, half a head of lettuce and a whole tomato. Put that in between a couple pieces of Texas toast that fills up an 8” pie pan when they serve it to you.

The only other sandwich worth eating is a CFS sandwich.

Braums and DQ are so hit or miss. I've had some pretty good ones at both, and I've had some really crappy ones. Seems to depend on location and employees.
