A college in Front Royal, VA. I am unable to have a firearm on campus and so would be unable to do any kind of business. I'd also like to keep the sale within Texas so as to cut out the fees for FFLs.

I'm afraid not. I'm in El Paso, so Austin is a bit of a trek for me. However, the low price I listed includes shipping and Texan-to-Texan purchases do not require an FFL transfer fee.
