WWB at Brownells

Brownells is advertising 500 rnd's of WWB, 9mm, 115 gr, FMJ with ammo can for $124.99. That's a fraction less than $0.25 per rnd plus the can. Other cal's available. Is this a pretty good deal?

That price is high, check at local WalMart. You should be able to get about $.21 per round for 9mm WWB.
Cabelas has S&B on sale this week for 9.69 box 50 (one step up from WWB)

Well, S&B comes in at about 1215 fps and WWB about 1150. CIP rather than US standard. Ruger P95 likes it just fine. I would be suprised that they would not support a standard pressure round. I have seen several reviews that indicate the gun handles hot ammo just fine. I see photos that show that the barrel is fully supported. Maybe you should get clairification on the "S&B would blow up" verbage. It would really be a deal breaker for lots of buyers. I can see a "do not recommend on +P+ since there are no standards above +P" but on on +P and lower powered.
