PICNIC (Problem In Chair, Not In Computer)

Worked at a place where the owner/boss was named Dan. Whenever he had us work for someone he knew, there was a very good chance that we'd never get paid, and the loss was counted against us. So we had a pecking order of his buddies:
ROD - Relative of Dan - No chance of getting paid, ever.
FOD - Friend of Dan - Maybe 50% chance
NOD - Neighbor of Dan - Maybe 25% chance

etc. I'm sure some of you have experienced the same kind of thing. The acronyms just made it easy to explain between staff members. "Why are we doing work for this loser?" "He's a FOD."
