Today is the first day of early elections. I'm encouraging you to stop throwing your votes away on the parties of big government. Here's how I'll be voting.
    Governor - Mark Tippetts
    L Governor - Shanna Steele
    Attorney General - Mark Ash
    State Comptroller - V. Alonzo Echavarria-Garza
    Land Commissioner - ABSTAIN
    Agricultural Commissioner - ABSTAIN
Railroad Commissioner - Jaime Andrés Díez for Railroad Commission
Supreme Court Justice Place 3 - Thomas Edward Oxford
Supreme Court Justice Place 5 - ABSTAIN
Supreme Court Justice place 9 - ABSTAIN
State Senator District 5 - Tommy Estes
State Rep District 52 - ABSTAIN
County Judge (Williamson) - Wes Benedict
More abstaining but won't list it. I'm not voting for Republicans and Democrats anymore. They've proven the only thing they care about is expanding government and taking your rights away.

Darkpreist, I appreciate your opinion and willingness to put yourself out there for reticule and abuse.

I would like to make one point about this election that has been overlooked but is quite germane to the long term health of Texas.

    Supreme Court Justices.

I jumped into politics head first when a genuine decent attorney was appointed, and then ran for a chair back in 88. Nathan Hecht. I was in attendance at several of his CLE seminars and was impressed with his understanding of the duty to the State to be true to the Texas Constitution. In the following years he became Chief Justice and has done his best to steer us on in a Constitutional path.

He has had the good fortune of a support cast of mostly decent judges on the bench with him over the years. There are several assclowns running that if elected could make it difficult if not impossible keep the Texas courts in concert with our Constitutional principals .

Nathan is not running this time but, you have 3 dems that are blood sucking plaintiff whores, well funded by the cash rich plaintiff bar, that are.

Please consider checking out these scum sucking bottom feeders before you call the ball.

Machines almost full, but no wait.
Part of the problem was 1/4 of the machine's wasn't working. A lot of seniors like me. Is it just Harris County, voting included printing out your ballot then putting it in a final vote machine? We had 95 candidates to vote for including the 3 money projects.

Instead of a vote to make a difference, just vote to keep 'business as usual'
