    When I eat out. If I'm UN happy with something that is the server's fault asinine rude behavior etc. .. the tip or lack thereof will reflect that. If it is something else That has upset me to the point of saying something. The mgr will hear that the server was great but something else sucked. I'm not giving someone a great tip for Shity service.

    No way in hell I would have tipped in this situation!
    When I eat out, which is often, I expect good service. I understand that things will happen sometimes and I'm ok with that but when you have crappy service, bad attitude, etc, then no tip at all.
