dang... I hope you do, too....

Personally, I thought it looked pretty good.... maybe I just have low standards....

comin' in with 7 comments saying "your new pistol is ugly" is not a great way to "win friends and influence people"...
 Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I have a 5" 1911 and though it shoots and looks great, I don't have enough room in da droors to carry it around.

My Glock 34. I've owned legit over 2 dozen Glock pistols in the last 20 years. This is the first "long nose" Glock I've had and it is by far the nicest shooter of them. When funds allow for another pistol purchase, I'd really like to get a Glock 41 to play with and see if my experience with the longer slide Glocks transfers into the .45 ACP realm, as I do thoroughly enjoy a Glock 21 as well.
Aim Surplus has some good deals right now.

Since this is the auto pistol thread...and I haven't bought any autos in the past year, except for the one I picked up yesterday, I guess that automatically (see what I did there?) makes it my favorite....
Tisas Tanker, commander sized, 70 series 1911... I plan to give it a small workout in the next couple of days...weather is supposed to be wonderful here, for a change.

I will probably make a few mods to it, like a beavertail grip safety, and I'm going to put my ebony grips on it, but for under $400, it's a pretty nice looking/feeling handgun.

The trigger is pretty nice, lighter than I expected. I really like the nitride finish... all in all, at first inspection, it seems to be a whole lot of 1911 for the price....

Is that gun small or do you have big hands? ;)

    Gunz are icky.
    I’ve been thinking about this.

Gonna have to say the little Colt Peacemaker 22.
Old and slow but it is just plain fun to spend time plinking away with it.

Why does no one ever pick a :

They get great reviews. 9mm 10+1 round. Hammer-fired, DAO pistol. $249 MSRP

I just never run across one when funded. Compact and affordable.

Sure it's not an Ed Brown Tactical. Sometimes this is all you need.

Who wants their Ed Brown confiscated if used in defense

Honestly I do not have any interaction with SCCY, but it seems pretty sweet.

Snobs, just move on to the next post...
