finally got the notification of it being sent back.

26 days from shipping out to receiving.
Will gauge the new trigger pull, then immediately tear it apart and slap a
in the new Apex advanced flat trigger

Mine only took about a week to and from and that was with the weekend and Christmas too. Honestly I can't tell a difference in the trigger pull before and after upgrade but then again I don't have a lot of rounds through it.

They received mine last monday so I am hoping for a quick turnaround. It is a 9mm so I would imagine the turnaround would be quicker than if it was a less common caliber

I would imagine it should be quick. I don’t understand why some they get out quicker than others though. Maybe depends on when your slide was made.

Mine was a 357sig, so maybe they had to get enough in to do a batch run.

Or maybe it just takes a little longer to make sure the gun is perfect for the superior round.

Probably the case. Another member had mentioned that his .45 took awhile longer to get back. I am way too cheap to go the .357 sig route

Indeed. Well, we are just now being able to use hollow points in the military. However, I have never seen a handgun have issues only with ball ammo. Usually the other way around and they have feeding problems with HP ammo.

Anyone got any info on the fmj they are using? They gave some x name or some shit. Bunch of gibberish. Wonder if it is the nato 124gr fmj that we used in the USMC

Thank you. Looks like 115gr with a truncated nose like a 40 S&W. Wonder if that is what is causing the issue

From what I understand and the concensus on another forum is the failure is a failure to fold the slide open on last round and that's due to operator error with the thumbs hitting the slide release.
