The legality of him carrying doesn't excuse negligence.I totally agree.
But then again, he was legally carrying in the club.
A normal civilian wouldn't have been.
Not exactly apples to apples.
Just read another article on this.
The nightclub has offered the individual that got shot "free drinks for life".
Duh. If he was a real man with a 1911, there's no way he'd be in a club like that. A club, drinking single malt scotch yes.You can tell from the story that it wasn't a 1911.
b/c he's a moron and in the FBICarrying a firearm in the club, what a moron. Why is his identity hidden?
a glock actually... and he pulled the trigger when he picked the gun up, it did not go off hitting the floor.Must have been a Sig.
Exactly! And as a part of our nation's law enforcement should be held to, if not equal, a higher standard. It's their duty to gain and hold our trust. The FBI has, in my opinion, fallen from that in the Obama years. This Agent forgot the rule that he is equally responsible for his actions as are all of our citizens.

Article reads as if the gun went off on it's own. Haven't read one article that says it like it is, he picked it up with his finger on the trigger.More information on the Agent.
