I have the large Hackett backpack range bag and I really like it. It has 4 pistol pockets, 15 elastic loops for pistol mags, 12 pockets that will accommodate 2 AR mags ea, room for your eye and ear protection, lots of ammo and much more. It will hold so much that you can't carry it. One review on Youtube has a guy carrying over 100 lbs, and has an AR SBR broken down in it. I personally don't want to carry 100 lbs., but it is nice to put it on my back so my hands are free to carry long guns. On Range day, I usually take 3 or 4 pistols, loaded magazines for each, extra ammo, eye and ear protection, a small trauma kit and some tools. It all rides in the bag.

For quality and convenience in carrying multiple handguns I haven't found anything better than the G.P.S. Handgunner Backpack Range Bag.

This is what I have and love it. The inner pull out for ammo is really handy. I do tend to over load it as its quite spacious but its held up great so far.

I watch as casual shooters become more experienced and most will eventually start using a range bag to carry their gear. I am amazed at even some of the most seasoned shooters don't carry tools (or the right tools) in their range bag.

A few small tools don't weigh that much.......Folks who have lasers on their guns never seem to have the tools to adjust them. Loose grips, sights ect...

I have a small punch and hammer set, Hex Keys, pliers, Screwdrivers, small flash light, small vice grips, Torx and Hex bits, spare batteries for my optics and probably more than I need.....but if I have a problem at the range 98% of the time I can handle it at the range......

I got a range bag just like that at Walmart for $35 that I’ve been using for a couple years now. It has all the same features, except it holds more magazines. Walmart still carries them in 3 different sizes, and they’re still far cheaper than anywhere else.
I have a few cheap range bags that serve me well.

Like anything if you abuse them they will get destroyed. The key is to spread out the load.

I need to get a wagon really.

I usually have mine weighed down so much that I struggle to get it to the truck. Then i gotta do the same with the ammo bag.

On a typical range trip for me, typically 2 pistols, I can fit everything into my range bag.
Something like our family meet ups, I add an ammo can for overflow

This is why I went to using the wheeled tool box.
Most ranges these days force you to do a ten mile hike to get to shooting table. To heck with lugging all that heavy gear.

That's why I got the Savior Equipment Mobile Arsenal SEMA 27L Military Heavy-Duty Tactical Range Bag Backpack. I can carry everything, even tools, in it. Very heavy duty construction.

It might hold it all, but I’m not sure your little scrawny ass can carry it all.
