This happened to me once before.

"Let's go shooting! I got a new pistol!"

I meet him at our range and he has the new pistol and 2 mags of ammo. He proceeds to empty both magazines in .2 seconds. Then looks at me and says, "You brought more ammo, right?"

He was confused when I told him I'd sell him some. "But you make your own. Why should I pay for them?" Well they ain't free bubba.
