Took the wife out to eat Tuesday night for her birthday, so we took a break from the pulled pork! We had Chinese buffet!

Had a pulled pork sandwich topped with grilled onions and bell peppers, and melted pepper jack cheese with some Cheetos for midnight snack!

Grilling some frigging huge sirloin steaks and having some baked potatoes, and garlic toast tonight. Also grilling some burger and some whole chicken leg quarters for the next couple of days while I have the grill going.

Leftover sirloin steak from last night, heated up under the broiler. Those steaks were frigging huge! Some garlic toast and steak fries tonight is going well with the steak.

Went to Tris in the Woodlands for happy hour. Stuffed ourselves full of food and drink for a really good price. Highly recommended. First time we were with our dear group of friends in over a year. Priceless fun.
