    beef shoulder roast with carrots, potato’s and celery.

    waited late to start so I cooked it in the Instapot. 50 minutes to perfection.

    swept and mopped while I waited. I’m learning this domestic stuff.

    Lost in East Texas Elhart Texas
    Grilling some frigging huge sirloin steaks and having some baked potatoes, and garlic toast tonight. Also grilling some burger and some whole chicken leg quarters for the next couple of days while I have the grill going.

    The Wooldlands
    Went to Tris in the Woodlands for happy hour. Stuffed ourselves full of food and drink for a really good price. Highly recommended. First time we were with our dear group of friends in over a year. Priceless fun.
