Just now put the blackberry cobbler in the oven.

One stick of margarine, cup of sugar, cup on flour, cup of milk.
Fruit of choice peaches, apple, berry,
Bake one hour @350.

My son and DIL are in for a visit. I was told they were cooking breakfast today. And they did. But they left the kitchen a %&*^# mess and me and the wife had to clean it up while they relaxed. I don’t get that.. I wouldn’t do that to anyone else. You make a mess, you clean it. Damn..

That's sad that they did that.... I was always taught to clean as you go so you don't have to deal with the clean up afterwards.

I don't let anyone cook in my kitchen because I would go crazy if they left a huge mess or busted up my nice stuff..... lol

That's the way I do it. None or very little to clean when finished.

I was always taught to cook and clean as you go. When you're done cooking, there are much less dishes to clean after everyone gets finished eating.
