You would be surprised at how many American made barrels where the bore isn't concentric to the barrel...........sometimes way off...had an American Tactical 9mm AR barrel bouncing bullets off the inside of the flash suppressor......played hell with accuracy till we figured it out......took ATI 9 months to replace the barrel under warranty....

PAC-3s have been in the US inventory since 1997 or so. I doubt UKR is getting the most recent lots of PAC-3s.

For reference, one PAC-3 launch container contains 4x missiles, as opposed to the PAC-2 and legacy MIM-104s which are much larger in size; only with one munition per launch container.
