This sounds like the kind of situation that requires a good wingman - one who will happily be the driver while the two of you lounge in the back seat. Preferably in an old car - an old Chevy or Cadillac with a bench seat in the back big enough for five people, with enough leg room to install a bathtub, and a suspension stiff enough for all the jiggles to be transmitted appropriately to the jiggly adipose tissue. Wingman keeps his eyes on the road, and his hands on the wheel, while your eyes, hands, and other parts can focus on the jiggles in the seat beside you.
