    Kid made dinner tonight well she's 31 but they are always your kid.

    Salmon with avocado salsa.
    zucchini, wild rice, on a plastic plate, Powerade

    I had some chicken & rice casserole the neighbor whose dog I watched gave me. It was on the salty side. Here in my old age I have become more salt sensitive
    Is the salt maybe raising your blood pressure, or just don't care for the flavor? If the flavor is ok but concerned about the sodium, check this out. I've used for several years after seeing it at Albertsons. Then they stopped carrying. I tried all the other "salt substitutes" but none could match this flavor of real salt. I use on everything and thankfully no sodium in it. It comes as a loner, packs of 3 or 6.

    No it was strictly by taste. When I started taking the Semaglutide Rx I noticed it. From a little kid up until then I was a salt junky, preferring salt over sweet.

    Tonight is going to be air fried chicken, leftover potato salad and lemonade. Maybe, a piece of pound cake for dessert...
    The pound cake I make is huge, an angelfood cake pan huge. Being an old, single guy, rather than eating my fill, and part goes stale, I cut it into single servings, and freeze, (freeze it first, so you don't squish it when vacuum bagging it.) then vacuum bag the servings for the freezer. Thaw as needed, and it is still moist and fresh.
