Same way it is in shitty UBC states, I'd assume. Listings are fine - but legally the parties would have to meet at an FFL, or the gun would be shipped to an FFL, or they'd have to record the transaction if its not a full on UBC scenario but a mandatory BOS scenario or something.

What two free people do between themselves is up to those free people.

Don't think this has anything to do with UBC. From what I'm understanding of the new rule is that if you make any profit from a gun sale then you are required to be a dealer. Using another dealer for the transfer doesn't alleviate the condition.
