What I recommend: Shaving lube: 'King of Shaves' Perhaps the best formulation of a lube for the shaving effort in our history.

+1 for King of Shaves. That stuff is worth its weight in gold.

I have to shave for work. I'm going to get a safety razor I guess(for now). I hate multi blades they burn the hell out of my skin.

I hate shaving. For the same reason Ole Cowboy described.
I'm seriously considering permanent hair removal on my face and neck.
I just don't know if my skin has that "one more burn" left in it..

Start right out of the shower. Use pre shave oil, real shaving cream (not the can crap) and a good sharp disposable razor and follow up with an aftershave lotion (not splash)

Will be the cleanest and easiest shave you've ever had.

I don't shave much because I hate it, but when I do that's how I do it.

My skin is oil enough as it is, don't need to smear any more on it.

I find shaving creams just too drying for my skin, dries out my face so hard it pulls my balls up under my chin.

Don't like after shaves, spend as much time on a plane as I have with some fat guy next to me farting from the Airport food he ate and him trying to cover it up by running back to the latrine even 10 min and splashin on some Aqua Velva, not sure which smelled worse. Anyhow enough to make a cockroach choke and a maggot gag and give me headache.

I am tellin you boys, get some of the King of shaves, I mentioned, that stuff is slicker than Jalapeno diarrhea and it will increase the life of your blades to boot...

Yeah I'm looking for a good badger hair brush and cream/oils to try out. There's a few WW2 era razors I'm looking at to order they cost the same as a new safety razor, but the old stuff better just boil/scrub it and its clean.

Ill look into it. I refuse to pay what they want for cartridge blades I can get 100 good safety razor blades for 20 bucks. like I said I only use the single bladed side of my fusion razors anyway.

Which one do you use? may be a while before I buy anything other than Razor/blades I just got a can of shaving cream and hate to waste it.
