Most offer day hunst from $60 - $100 per shooter. I'll have to see how many are interested.
How many arms do you have? They have a one arm dove hunt in Olney, TX every year. I've been to a couple of them (not shooting).
There actually is a one arm dove hunt and many participants are vets and some that have accidents and cancer. Dont comment on something that you dont have a clue about! Its been going on for over 30 years.I thought his comment was pretty tasteless, especially in light of all the returning vets and friends of vets on this forum.
You assume that the gentleman was trying to be funny. He stated that he had been there several times. Do you know whether he has both arms or maybe a kin or friend that dont have both? Why didnt you ask, instead of deciding how much of a lack of taste the post had. Then you could voice your opinion. Being arrogant does not make you intelligent.
I fortunately have both and they still work reasonably well, and I am thankful for that. I dont care to "go at it with anyone". Maybe the guy was trying to be funny, or maybe he volunteers out there , or maybe assist someone. My point being that if you dont know, ask, and then wade in there. I am pretty thick skinned myself, but I am not when it comes to something of an attitude without knowing the specifics.
