If I was asking that I would of just ordered some online and said yes I'm 21 to the sites that ask. I'm asking to do it the RIGHT way. Please don't ask for ways to get around purchasing things legally.
Not looking for a straw purchase either as I know that is not legal. Just wanting to see if maybe there are sites that allow under 21 to buy ammo. But I guess I'll keep trying to see if someone local that is a private seller has anyThe RIGHT way is to order ammo online when you're 21 Or you can find someone over 21 to order for you but that's a straw purchase and I can't recommend you do that, either.
While it's a Federal law that requires you to be 21 to purchase handgun ammunition, there are no laws on the books that require sellers to verify the age of someone purchasing ammunition. So just keep checking around the 'Net for someone that doesn't check. I'm pretty sure SGAmmo and Palmetto State Armory don't check.
So your advice to him is break the law, knowingly and with intent? Really?
Go to Wal-Mart and if they ID you, tell them it's for a rifle and it's legal for you to own. Otherwise, I will "donate" you some for a re-homing fee.
Wrong answer, if it is for handgun ammo or can be used for a common handgun, the register prompts for an age. Get caught and policy is instant termination. If not prosecutionby atf. Afaik, not illegal to be in possesion, but is to sell it to him if an FFL.
