I know a P365 can be limited to 10 rds......but it can also carry more.....that's the point of the P365.

BTW the 1994 assault weapons ban limited mags to 10 rounds like the SIG P365 comes with.

That ban allowed a weapon capacity of 11 rounds.

One more thing. So instead of a 365 let’s say it’s a Glock 19 gen 3. A Glock 19 gen 3 is California compliant, and is limited to 10 rounds. It ships from glocks factory with 10 round magazines. That seems to me like it’s limited to 10 rounds.
On the flip side, are you using the word limited synonymously with manufactured. If that’s the case then I can see your side of the discussion. If not then I’m totally lost, kind of like Biden was on CNN during the Clinton rant.

I'm wondering if the OP posted the original inquiry with the level of sophistication to differentiate between weapons with 10 round mags and weapons with a 9+1 magazine with a 10 round capacity.
