All right you misfits, you have me talked into making the 3 hr 15 min drive to come hang out with everyone & put faces to names! It looks like TSSR opens at 10am, what time does everyone start arriving?

I guess ill bring a few rifles, handguns & a few 1000 rounds.

Do they sell food? Or can we set up a Little Smokey in the parking lot for burgers & dogs.

Definitely bring the handguns. We spend the most time on handguns usually

We do a big pot luck lunch, there'll be a thread popping up at some point to help organize that too. The drive from Cypress isn't bad at all, takes me right at 3 hours.

Cool, i'll bring something for the feed bag.

It should be about the same time for me... but i do like to try to beat my GPS eta.

Comparing stuff with Charlie is something I don't want to see, or even imagine.

EZ-E - just bring what you want/can as far as the food goes. The main thing is to get there, and probably bring a chair. At one of our meets, you'll never be lacking for firearms you've never shot before.

Don't feel bad, it took about 4 1/2 hours maybe 5 to get to the last meet. As far as I know it hasn't gotten any closer, and if I can, I'll make it again.

Couple of swims across the Mississippi.
Dang pack mule is getting old. He isn't as fast as he used to be.
One or two gunfights with the baddies.

The last 2 I have showed up first, but most guys start showing up around 8. I usually get there at 7:15 and take a nap from the 2.5 hour drive.

That's a little 2 early for me, but I guess if I treat it like a fishing trip to the coast should be there by 7, but probably just sleep a little longer & get there by 8ish
