No way, 47 miles? Superman!

47 miles at 4400’ of elevation. I am in Utah. And am pretty wiped out right now, lol.

It is so dry up here. I know I was sweating But with 25% humidity it evaporated as quick as it formed. 51 degrees. Very comfortable ride.

Outstanding! I knew the Shiner was coming up. Just was not paying attention to when. Glad I didn’t pre-register.

No wind, mild temps until ~1p. The last of the 100 milers were hating it about then, but otherwise about perfect.

Went to Antelope Island today. Parked at a park in Syracuse and reset the ride map after 5 minutes in line behind cars to get onto the island. Then the fun began

1300’ of climb. Will post pics of critters I saw later.

When I circled back and had the phone stowed on the handlebars, the bison was in the road. I could have reached out and booped his head.
I decided that would not be a prudent course of action.

Been riding my Bakfiets to and from work lately. Only 4 miles each way, but with 100lbs of bike and gear the 20 minutes is a great start to the day.

I started riding again a couple years ago using my 90’s era single speed beach cruiser. That thing was a thigh burner.

Felt like I’d died and gone to heaven the first time I rode my Trek mountain bike. 10 miles is easy on that bike.

I’m getting serious and back on it after tax season. Haven’t had blood in my pee for over 2 months. Looks like I’m healed up.

Well, if my work would have me travel to places that aren’t still in winter I would get a few more rides in, this week I am in @Big Dipper s home state and let me tell you, snow on Easter and the day after Easter sucks. I see why he stays in Texas until May , lol. Got a short ride in this afternoon around Kenosha

Although a coating of white is much nicer on the eyes than the green slime of oak pollen down here in ATX!

Bought slightly used Trek Marlin on advice from a friend. Hope to go biking on a closed road that's about 20 miles long.

Also plan to buy fogger typed riot pepper spray and an Alien Gear chest rig. Dogs are a serious problem where I live.

Open carry is fine though and growing in popularity.
