It could be like putting a squad car on the side of a highway with no cop in it. It still slows people down (for awhile).
Or even like a "Protected by ..." sign when there is no security system installed. Perps usually look for the easiest target/victim.

Glad to be back.
Cheaper, less time consuming and a lot less work than actually using a bait car. Plus we all know how much the liberals believe in the power of signs, they stop bullets and create a force field that no gun can ever pass through.

Almost agree with you. I'll be ok with it in Spanish as long as it's also in Chinese (all forms), Japanese, German, Dutch, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, Vietnamese...
Point being, where does it stop? Why should we cater to the (generally) illegal population? All those that I know of that have been born in Mexico (and legally immigrated) have told me that the first thing they wanted to learn was English. They felt so alone / out of place not understanding what others were saying.
