Just another bad thing about social media. What it has turned people into is horrifying when you think about the future were headed to.

People never acted like they do know in mixed company cause you would get an instant and chrystal clear attitude adjustment and course correction.
Your second statement is spot on. Had a problem with a fellow about this exact thing sunday at a resturant. Older guy(late 50's/early 60's would be my guess), biker attire with his phone on speaker and cussing back and forth with his buddy on the phone loudly in the middle of the resturant. 3 kids from 1.5-7 with me and quite a few kids around. I got up and asked him to tone it down with the kids around. He just gave me dirty look, grabbed his stuff and left. It was bad enough to have is phone blaring on speaker phone in the middle of a crowded resturant, but the foul language was what got me. There is a time and place for everything and that wasnt the time or the place.

Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians!

    The world has coarsened.

    BRD@66,

    100% CORRECT. And that's a pity, imo.

I talked to a lady from our boarding school's class this afternoon & she recently saw a woman changing a baby's DIRTY DIAPER on a table in a restaurant. = When a waitress quietly asked her to take the child to the BR, the woman SCREAMED at the waitress to, "Shut the (obscenity) up. His diaper needs changing."

That gives new meaning to CRUDE & TRASHY, imo..

That's Esther's Follies.. they're a comedy troop in Austin, pretty damn funny too. Unfortunate that they're idiot liberals, but hey, it's Austin.
Yeah I've been to Esther's Follies a few times. Even though they are a comedy troop, the above video isn't poking fun a Beto supporters; quite the opposite. Hence my caveat "this is not parody"

They did it for Barry, as well... Can't even go watch their improv anymore since everything has become so politicized.

Growing up just outside Austin, I can honestly say I’ve never been to see the follies. And I haven’t been to a music festival there since Aqua Festival.

    On Auditorium Shores.

Saw a Beto sign in a retired cops yard yesterday
I used to respect the guy....
What the hell is wrong with people ?

    vmax,

imVho, their problem is an EMPTY HEAD or one that's filled with mush.
(I know a LOT of retired & active LEOs & NONE of the "street cops" that I'm aquainted with would even consider voting for a leftist DIMocRAT in 2018.)

Saw an interesting article about Beto on Big League Politics. If believed, his FIL is a multi-billionaire. Several other tidbits also. True? Who knows.

ReLearned why I don't watch TV the other night. Ad time during the news. 4 political ads, one none political, and then 4 more political ads. All in one break. Sheesh, over the top. Be glad when next Wed gets here.
