This morning we fryin some corn beef hash and hash browns topped with 2 eggs over easy, accompanied by a steaming hot cup of Folgers Columbian.

Fried egg sammich with American cheese. Really miss my morning bacon or sausage. I'll go to the end of the month to see if my blood work reveals I'm better off.

The wife did her eggs with diced tomatoes, that only made me think about Machacado con huevo.

Stores sure do go ape shit for Hatch chili season. the people I know in New Mexico tend to like the red chilies the site produces better.
