(B) prohibited by law from possessing a firearm; or
(C) a member of a criminal street gang, as defined by Section 71.01.

I'm 21, I'm not a gang member, I don't commit crimes and I can legally own a gun, I got pulled over for having my bright lights on

I got referred to this site by the guy at Academy where I bought my pistol, he said this was the best place to find out things I might need to know about pistols in general and what is legal to do or not. I guess I got my main question answered, and if I mis-spelled any words I'm sorry.
