Yeah, but however unlikely it is for the police to search me on my way home, if it did happen I'd probably end up getting arrested. Rather not like that to happen.
The case Pressler v. State, the judge sure did lip off a bunch of nonsence. BP dont require the caps to be removed and handguns are not addressed as being loaded or unloaded in the law.

I like case law, but I would love to figure out how to beat the ride in the first place. Makes me think all LE officers should be required to study case law.Yeah, that's why the case was remanded. These 2 cases (and others) are still good law. You can buy a gun and bring it home without violating 46.02.
