Not that I would do this, but I've seen people set out a mag with hollow points, or soft tip ammo on the bench for show.. While all other mags are FMJ... That rule is a bit rediculious, especially shooting .223...

Or if you have a mil surplus rifle that will only shoot ball ammo. They don't like rifles without bho either
So what's the plan boss?

No plan here... Ain't my Rodeo.. I'm good after 4:30 tomorrow. Might just plan of getting there around 5:00 or 5:15, and if anyone else wants to go just say so... I'll be wearing a black hat with XDM in red letters... Of course the m is white... Lol..

I'll try to make it this afternoon...haven't shot there since CHL qualifying over two years ago. Might have to get re-oriented. Pistols only for me, although I have a pellet rifle I've never shot(might bring it along). I'll be carrying a PUMA briefcase/pistol case.

I've got a company lunch meeting in Austin. It will be a last second call for me. I'm wearing a grey/blue browning t-shirt and my cowboys hat. I think I'll bring out a 10/22 and my convertible blackhawk. Like I said though, last second call but hope to see some of you guys out there.

Well I just had a client call I had to push, should be through by 5:30, so puts me out there closer to 6:00 or 6:30... Not sure how much good light will be left at that point.. I may have to bail until next week. I'll post up once I make that call.

Looks like I am gonna flake out today. How about 3:30 or so next monday ? A regular monday afternoon range day sounds like a good idea. For those of you lacking hp or sp ammo, I recommend the offerings by Barnaul. They sell it there, but it can be found all over the place for pretty cheap. Let's keep this thread going and organize some different shoots. Maybe a rimfire day or a military rifle day,etc.

Yup, DST will help me out a lot! Perhaps the new Rifle will be in by then..LOL... I can't wait to waste a bunch of money on ammo..
