Abbott's campaign called and asked for a $150.00 donation....listened to her whole spiel...then told her he lost me as a voter when he mandated masks and I would be supporting LTC West.......she hung up on me..........

While I have donated twice before to Abbott, I will vote West in the Primary......if it ends up Abbott against any Dem....yep, I will support Abbott again..........

West may talk a great game, but I will reserve judgment until I hear actual specifics on what he plans to accomplish and not just the usual "vote for me because I'm better" rhetoric.

They will have to be goals within his power as governor.

I hear the hype, but I am still not convinced West has what it takes to run the state any better than Abbott.

Until then, I will stick with the known. Abbott was not perfect, but I think his accomplishments far outweigh his shortcomings.

And posting bullshit CPAC polls with such a small sampling won't convince me otherwise!
