Do you carry an extra mag when you conceal?

If carrying on my person, I normally don't carry an extra mag.

If at the ranch, I always have 2 extra mags.

In my truck, at least 1 extra.

I carry 2 spare mags in an XD mag holster under an unbuttoned button down shirt. Im one of those who believe you cant have too much ammo, esp after reading about a cop that shot a suspect 22 times with a .40, with many hits center mass, and the guy still took minutes to die.

The voracity of this story becomes questionable when it reports the officer's handgun as a ".40 caliber Glock 17".

I think the story said the officers duty weapon was a Glock 22. You may have gotten the "17" from where it says the suspect took 17 center mass hits
