Friday Lunch Gatherings for 2015

Well guys, I'm going to Mann's one last time on Tuesday, coachrick will be joining me I believe. I'll be there at 11:00 to avoid that crowd that seem to be getting there earlier now days.

Also, I would like to propose going to Moonie's in Pflugerville for lunch on Friday. Moonie's has been getting a little weird lately, evidently it is now two restaurants in one. The people that owned "The Spot" have moved into Moonie's and both restaurants are operating in the same space. I've never been to the "The Spot" but it's operated by the same guy that owned "Brotha's BBQ" and he makes the same BBQ there. I feel like I'm taking a risk here but when he ran Brotha's it was seriously fantastic BBQ. His brisket is some of the best I've had and he has his sausage made and it's really good. If I'm wrong then they still have Moonie's burgers which are great.

Springhill buffet is pretty good...didn't need it the day after Thanksgiving; but it's still pretty good Temps dropped 15 degrees while we were eating!!!!

Yay...RIBS!!! Others will be there for the breasts and legs, not sure if they have wings. Should be a beautiful afternoon. A trip to Shady Oaks is always a good idea...unless someone wants to visit an outdoor range!
